Overview
Pro Minerals is a mineral exploration and development company focused on precious metals in Ontario and Quebec Canada. With a diverse portfolio of projects, Pro currently has exploration programs underway on its Disco(Discovery) Lake VMS Project and Shining Tree Gold Project. The Disco Lake VMS Project represents a brand new region for poly-metallic VMS discoveries of merit. Primary targets are gold, silver, copper and zinc. Rich in history, the Shining Tree Gold Project is a grass roots project with excellent potential for world class gold discovery. The Company is led by an experienced management team with an aggressive development strategy.

The Cairo Project
Discovery Lake VMS Project
A highly prospective, and underexplored volcanogenic base metal massive sulphide (VMS) belt. The Discovery Lake Project is located in the East Uchi – Petawanga Lake area of Ontario, Canada. At present, Pro minerals is the only active mining company in this belt and the land package encompasses 34 claims, or 11,944 Acres. It spans roughly 16.2 kilometers North to South and 12.4 kilometres East to West. The primary target commodities within the Discovery Lake Project are copper, zinc, gold and silver.
Lac Laura Gold Project
The project is located 30 km West from Chibougamau, QC just off the provincial hwy. Pro Minerals entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the “Lac Laura Gold Project”, from Apella Resources Inc. A recent discovery of a new gold-silver-copper showing on the Northern part of the property returned assay values of 128.5 g/T (4.1 oz) Gold, 113 g/T (3.6 oz) Silver and 2.61% Copper.
The Shining Tree Gold Project

The Shining Tree Gold Project consists of 5 claim units (80 hectares) located in the Churchill Township, Ontario, Canada. It is located within the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt which is renowned for its concentration of world-class gold and Au-Cu-Zn-Ag deposits. The Shining Tree Camp is roughly equidistant (110km) from the prolific mining centers around Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Cobalt-New Liskeard and Sudbury. Numerous occurrences of visible gold in quartz veins have been found in the last century near Shining Tree and several vein systems were developed as the Tyranite and Ronda mines.

The Shining Tree Camp has been the subject of much exploration activity. Pro Minerals' claim block was at the centre of a staking rush in the late 1990's led by famed prospector Carl Forbes and gained notoriety when a major Canadian news network filmed and aired a short documentary showing competing exploration companies who hired high-school and college track athletes to stake claims on their behalf in an effort get the most prospective ground in the shortest amount of time possible. This claim block has been held privately since that time thus has never been drill tested and access to results from previous exploration activities has been limited. Pro believes its underexplored Shining Tree Project is a highly prospective property for gold occurrences.
In March 2010 Pro completed an initial exploration program consisting of line cutting and geophysics. The geophysical campaign was carried out by Insight Geophysics and consisted of 7687m of Tuned Gradient IP survey, 1500m of Section IP survey and 8900m of total field magnetic surveying. The surveys successfully identified a number of high priority targets and the Company has now completed a bedrock sampling program consisting of blasting, trenching and channel sampling over 5 high priority targets. Outcrop inspections were also completed for numerous secondary geophysical target responses identified by the surveys.
The Cairo Project
The Cairo project consists of 5 claims (1000 hectares) in the north central portion of the Cairo Township in Ontario. In February, 2009 the Company completed a blasting and sampling program in the area of a historic copper showing on the property. Quartz veining ranging from 12 cm to 56 cm was uncovered in three of the blast locations over a distance of approximately 50 feet. Samples from the blast material yielded galena-chalcopyrite-lead mineralization ranging from 2% to 40% galena and chalcopyrite. The higher values obtained in one of the blast pits appears to occur at the intersection of two structures or at an inflection of the main vein with a splay vein. The second vein adjoining the main vein appears to contain approximately 40% galena.
Bucke Pipe Diamond Project
Pro Minerals 100% owned Bucke Pipe Diamond Project is located in Bucke Township which is about 4 km southwest of New Liskeard, Ontario and about 90 km south southwest of Kirkland Lake. The Trans Canada Highway (Highway 11) crosses the
southeast corner of the property. An all-weather gravel road from Highway 11 crosses the central portion of the kimberlite pipe. This area is well known for its mining history and offers an advanced mining/exploration infrastructure.
Lone Eagle Gold Project
The 158-acre Lone Eagle Gold Project is strategically located in Playfair Township, southeast of Timmins in Northeastern Ontario, Canada. The project is ideally situated in the western hub of Canada's most productive gold producing region, the 180 mile Golden Corridor running from Timmins, Ontario to Val d'Or, Quebec which has yielded in excess of 160 million ounces of gold to date.
