Sale Of Two Ontario Claims

Vancouver, B.C. – Friday, September 22^nd, 2010

Pro Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: PRM); and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce the sale of two mineral claims in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp, known as the Solarus claims, to Kodiak Exploration Limited {“Kodiak”). Under the terms of the sale Kodiak will pay Pro Minerals inc. $50,000 cash and 300,000 Kodiak shares following acceptance by the TSX venture Exchange. The property is subject to a 2% NSR royalty held by a prior owner.
