Adrian P. O’Brien – President, CEO
Mr. O’Brien has more than 11 years experience in the mineral exploration sector, having been directly involved in corporate finance, project acquisition and development, business development, as well as corporate communications.
Ian Casidy – Director
Ian Casidy has extensive experience in the mining industry and has worked as Geographic Information System Specialist for many years. He has more than 20 years of experience in various regions of Canada, Europe and Central America. He has experience in designing, implementing, executing and reporting on various exploration programs, including search for massive sulphide porphyry copper and epithermal gold deposits, VMS deposits, nickel/cooper deposits and uranium deposits.
Christopher Chu - Director
Christopher Chu has been a member of the law society of British Columbia since September 1984 and has served as a director of Apella Resources Inc., an Exchange listed company, from February 1996 to April 2002. He is currently the Corporate Secretary of Apella Resources.
Jonathan Roth
Mr. Roth brings to the advisory board a wealth of knowledge and contacts that will allow Pro Minerals to develop streamlined and effective public relations, and media programs designed to broaden market awareness through very specific channels. Consulting on a variety of media projects, he is currently the executive producer of a number of new television programs seen on VisionTV, ONE: The Body, Mind & Spirit Channel, and JoyTV. Roth is formerly a producer and development officer with Peace Arch Entertainment's factual/reality production company The Eyes, where he produced a wide variety of programming for their clients, ranging from Discovery Channel and Travel + Escape to CBC and CPAC. Before moving to Peace Arch he was Senior Producer of Local Content and a member of the senior management team with Rogers OMNI/CHNU.10 (now owned by S-Vox). As part of his duties he was co-creator and senior producer of the daily national prime time current affairs interview program, "The Standard", and was also senior producer of The Biography Channel's profile interview program, "People Uncut". Prior to joining Rogers he was a producer with CTV's award-winning "Vicki Gabereau". During his tenure the program won a Gemini Award (Canada's equivalent of an Emmy Award) and multiple Leo Awards for "Best Talk Series". CTV afforded him several other opportunities, as he also produced morning newscasts for "CTV British Columbia", and freelanced as a field producer with "etalk Daily". Roth began his broadcasting career as a producer and webmaster with CHUM's radio holdings in Vancouver: 103.5 QM/FM, CFUN 1410, and the TEAM 1040.Roth has produced feature TV interviews with personalities such as current Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, former Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell, HRH Prince Edward, primatologist Dr. Jane Goodall, former Canadian Foreign Minister Lloyd Axworthy, author Salman Rushdie, billionaire businessman Jim Pattison, evangelical Christian leader Rev. Franklin Graham, and Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Shirin Ebadi. In December 2006 he secured/conducted an exclusive TV interview with Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe - the controversial leaders first with Western media in over two years.
Patrick D. O'Brien – Executive Director
Patrick O’Brien, ICD.D has been involved with the resource sector for thirty years. Since 1992 he has served as either an Officer or Director of numerous companies in the sector. In 1992 Patrick joined Apella Resources Inc. and has served as President, CEO and Chairman of Apella. He has led the company through numerous project acquisitions, divestures and joint ventures throughout Canada. Patrick has been directly involved in raising millions of dollars of exploration and acquisition funds. He identified the opportunity to spin out Apella’s gold assets into a new public entity named Pro Minerals Inc. which allowed Apella’s shareholders to receive a dividend equity interest in this newly listed venture. Patrick and his management team negotiated and completed the multi-million dollar divesture of the company’s Raglan assets**. He has recently guided the Company through its acquisition of some of Canada’s key Vanadium-Iron-Titanium assets. Patrick is a qualified Corporate Director who has earned the designation ICD.D in Canada. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) in Canada and the Institute of Directors (IOD) in London, England. Patrick also has the distinction of receiving an Honors in Canadian Securities.
