Shining Tree Gold Project Program Initiated News Release
Vancouver, BC - Monday, March 1st 2010, 6:30 am PST
Pro Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: PRM); and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has initiated an exploration program consisting of line cutting and geophysics on its wholly owned Shining Tree Gold Project, located in the Shining Tree camp near Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The Company has engaged Insight Geophysics to carry out the survey which will include Deep Time Domain IP/Resistivity, and will be utilized to locate targets up to a minimum depth of 500m. The line cutting portion of the program is well underway, and the geophysical phase of the program is expected to commence in a few days. The duration of the program is approximately 14 days, and once the results are received and analyzed, the Company will then design a follow up program consisting of sampling and diamond drilling.
Exploration Program Initiated On The Discovery Lake Project
Vancouver, BC - Thursday, February 18th 2010, 10:15 am PSTPro Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: PRM); and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has now initiated an extensive exploration program on its recently announced Discovery Lake VMS Project. The program is currently underway, and will consist of linecutting, borehole and surface geophysical surveys. The company has engaged Crone Geophysics & Exploration Ltd. to carry out the surveys. This initial program is expected to last approximately 40 days, and once completed the Company will review the data and select targets for a follow-up program which will consist of sampling and diamond drilling.
Pro Minerals Acquires the “Discovery Lake VMS Project”

Pro Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: PRM); and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce the acquisition of the “Discovery Lake Project”. Over the past several months, Pro has confidentially undertaken a very extensive staking and acquisition campaign that has resulted in the securing of a highly prospective, and underexplored volcanogenic base metal massive sulphide (VMS) belt. The Discovery Lake Project is located in the East Uchi – Petawanga Lake area of Ontario, Canada. At present, Pro minerals is the only active mining company in this belt and the land package encompasses 34 claims, or 11,944 Acres. It spans roughly 16.2 kilometers North to South and 12.4 kilometres East to West. The primary target commodities within the Discovery Lake Project are copper, zinc, gold and silver.
Private Placement
Vancouver, BC - Thursday, January 14th, 2010, 4:00 pm PST
Pro Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: PRM); and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has now completed an $847,262.43 Cdn non-brokered, non flow-through, Private Placement through the issuance of 9,414,027 units at a price of $0.09 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one 36 month share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.10 per share if exercised within the first 24 months and at $0.12 if exercised in the remaining 12 months. Finders’ fees may be paid on this transaction, subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds raised will be applied to the Company’s exploration programs as well as general working capital. All shares issued will be subject to a 4 month hold period per the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. This private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
